PROPOSED ITINERARY OVERVIEW
DAY 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve – Kenya
This safari starts in Nairobi, leaving early morning of the first day heading to Masai Mara National Reserve. We leave for the Masai Mara located further south into the Great Rift Valley. This is the northern section of the Serengeti Plain, which is home to the greatest concentration of game animals in the world. Arrive in time for late lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp

DAY 2: Masai Mara National Reserve – Kenya
We wake up early have breakfast then leave for a full day game viewing. Masai Mara Reserve is the idyllic African safari landscape of films. Hosting the Big Five of Africa – lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo and elephant.
This is also where the Great Wildebeest Migration occurs every year. Dubbed the most spectacular wildlife phenomenon on earth, during the Great Migration millions of hoofed animals run across the plains between Serengeti in Tanzania and Masai Mara, attracting an abundance of predators.
At extra cost you can arrange to do a hot-air balloon ride over Masai Mara, including a champagne breakfast.

DAY 3: Masai Mara to Naivasha
Break camp very early and head to Naivasha. Arrive in the afternoon have lunch then go for a boat ride. Overnight stay at camp

This day we drive to Eldoret. Overnight stay at the camp

Day 5:Eldoret to Kampala(Uganda)
This day we drive to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda – known as The Pearl of Africa.

DAY 6:Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi
This day we drive to southwest of Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi which is a whole day drive with sightseeing.

Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi(Mountain Gorilla Trekking)
After very early morning breakfast the group shall leave for the gorilla trekking. Lake Bunyoni serves as our base for African Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park

Day 8: Lake Bunyonyi
This day is a resting day alternative you can organize several activities at extra cost with the tour leader. See below excursions

DAY 9: Lake Bunyoni to Jinja – Uganda
This day we have a long drive to Jinja, after trekking wild Mountain Gorillas.
We pause at the Equator to take photos where the Northern and Southern Hemispheres meet.
After dinner the group can enjoy a night out or retire to bed.

DAY 10: Jinja – Uganda(Full day)
On this particular day you can spend the day resting or engage in several adventurous activities like white water rafting on the river Nile,Visit Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary or go quad biking in Jinja.

DAY 11: Jinja to Lake Nakuru National Park-Kenya
This day we break camp very early and drive to Nakuru. Overnight stay at the camp.

DAY 12: Lake Nakuru National Park – Kenya
Spend the day game viewing in the scenic Lake Nakuru National Park. Today we may see black and white rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffalos and tree-climbing lions, as well as leopards. We are sure to see hippos and plenty of birds, including huge flamingo flocks when conditions are favourable.

DAY 13: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi – Kenya
This is the final day of this Kenya & Uganda Overland Camping Safari immediately after breakfast we drive back to Nairobi, to arrive late in the afternoon
